Questions and Answers About Coaching
I choose based on the type of development I need
Start by looking at the type of change you want now, not the way you think is “right.”
Ask yourself: What do I need to achieve this change?
- Do I need self-clarity?
- Do I want to improve a relationship?
- Am I seeking professional advancement?
- Am I looking for harmony within the family?
- Or am I in a phase of discovering the path and need conscious dialogue that opens new doors?
I choose based on the coach style that suits me?
The Deep Coach might suit you… someone who opens a broader vision for you and calmly leads you toward the roots of change.
-
If you need clear steps, organization, and follow-up:
The Practical Coach might suit you… helps you organize your life with realistic plans without ready-made advice. -
If you are ready to learn about yourself through your body and need to understand what your feelings are telling you:
The Somatic Coach based on Somatic Thinking methodology might suit you.
This approach opens a clear dialogue between your mind and body and helps you interpret the physical signals that appear during stress or decision-making.
Through this dialogue, you can reach sound decisions and develop your emotional intelligence in a practical and direct way. -
If you are going through a sensitive phase and need safety and containment:
The Supportive Coach might suit you… a gentle and calm space that helps you settle before you move. -
If you need someone to reflect the truth as it is and confront you gently:
The Confrontational Coach might suit you… helps you see what you were avoiding and reorganizes the picture before you.
Summary:
Choose the style that makes you comfortable in the session and allows you to move with steady steps… because psychological comfort is an essential part of your journey’s success.

Is there a difference in coaching quality between levels?
Every coach at Kun is certified and trained in Somatic Thinking methodology and works according to International Coach Federation (ICF) standards.
The main difference is the depth of experience the coach possesses based on years of practice and the number of sessions they have conducted.
How do I know I'm ready for coaching?
You are ready for coaching when you feel that something in your life wants to move… even if you don’t know its shape clearly.
You might be ready if:
-
You have started noticing repetition in the same problems or relationships.
-
You feel an inner desire for change but don’t know where to start.
-
You think a lot but don’t reach a clear practical step.
-
You are looking for balance between your roles: at home, work, and relationships.
-
Or simply… you want to see yourself from a new angle.
Coaching doesn’t need a “difficult circumstance” to begin.
It is an awareness space that helps you walk step by step toward a calmer, clearer version that is closer to your truth.
If you feel the time has come to stop, breathe, and reorganize within yourself… then you are ready.
